Fair Weather Friends

Fair Weather Friends are a Polish electronic and indie group from Czeladź, active since 2011. They first perform as a trio consisting of Paweł Cyz, Mateusz Zegan and Maciek Bywalec. When vocalist Michał Maślak joins, the group begins its first recordings.

Releases

The band self-releases the EP Eclectic Pixels in 2012. That same year they play Open'er Festival and Coke Live Music Festival, and later support Kamp! on tour. In 2013 they release the maxi-single Fly By on Brennnessel, which leads Roxy FM to name them “Nadzieja Roku 2013”.

Album and style

Their debut album, Hurricane Days, is released by Warner Music Poland in 2014 and remains their only full-length release. Their music draws on electronic music as well as funk, synth-pop, breakbeat, IDM and house. Their most recent release is the EP Hello Sunday from 2016.
