Exist Immortal

Exist Immortal are a London, United Kingdom melodic progressive metal group formed in March 2011. Their sound combines progressive metal, math metal and djent with strong melodies, soaring vocals, technical riffing and heavy grooves. The group is based in West London and is part of the UK tech metal scene.

Line-up

The band includes Meyrick de la Fuente on vocals, Tom Montgomery on guitar and vocals, Kurt Valencia on guitar, David Billote on bass and Fergus Gardiner on drums.

Releases and activity

Exist Immortal are associated with Revolution Harmony. They release the double single or mini EP Insects / Exist, which appears in March, and their track “Insects” appears on the covermount CD included with Metal Hammer’s August issue. The group also has a debut mini-album.

Live work and reception

The band tours across Europe and plays a ferocious live show. They appear at UK Tech-Metal Fest alongside acts including Sylosis, Monuments, Chimp Spanner and Textures, and they also share stages with Red Seas Fire and Uneven Structure. Their music draws critical attention from Metal Hammer and Terrorizer.
