Evil Twin is a United States hard rock, pre-punk and glam group active from 2003 to the present. It is associated with a Seattle-based hard rock and punk-influenced act of the same name that signs to Flotation Records in 2006 and issues Radio Salvation in 2007 as its main release.

The name Evil Twin is also used by several other acts and by a game: a Polish death metal band with releases including To Your God, An Erotic, Villian and Dying Art of the Human; a UK darkwave and dark folk project that releases The Black Spot on World Serpent and is linked with David Mellor and Karl Blake; an Ubisoft game with soundtrack material; an Australian blues rock and garage band from Melbourne with Jared on guitar and vocals and Beechey on drums; and an Italian electronic project involving Alberto Boni and Simone Antonioni.
