Estrella

Estrella is a Malaysian pop and rock group from Kuala Lumpur. It forms in 2006 and remains active. The group name uses the Spanish word for “star”.

Line-up

The group consists of Syariful Adzwan Ani, Liyana Fizi, Ashraf Ishak, Ariff Zahidee, Jeffery Little and Shamsul Idzwan.

Style and activity

Estrella is also described as a jazz, indie and acoustic band in addition to its pop and rock identity. It releases an eponymous debut album in 2007 and is signed to Laguna Music. The band tours the Malaysian independent circuit.
