Esser is an indie rock artist from Chelmsford, Essex. He releases music under the name Ben Esser and is associated with indie pop and electronic influences as well as indie rock.

His debut album, Braveface, marks his first full-length release. Before that album appears, he supports the Kaiser Chiefs on their Off With Their Heads tour and later tours in his own name with support from Young Fathers. He also appears at Glastonbury Festival.
