Enemy

Enemy is an American hardcore punk band from Los Angeles, California. The group is fronted by guitarist and vocalist Troy Van Leeuwen, who is also known for work with Queens of the Stone Age, 60 Cycle, Failure and A Perfect Circle. The lineup also includes bassist Eddie Nappi, who plays with Handsome and the Mark Lanegan Band, and drummer Kelli Scott, who is also associated with Failure and Veruca Salt.

The band uses a hard rock and punk-oriented approach and has been described by Van Leeuwen as a large, straightforward rock project. Before settling on Kelli Scott as drummer, Enemy goes through several different drummers. Its debut album, Hooray for Dark Matter, is released in 2005.
