Endian

Endian is a name used by more than one artist. One Endian is George Levings, known for his work in Commix, who uses the alias for techno and house production. Another project under the same name is associated with the track or project “Stella Australis”, with vocals, guitars and songs by Alfredo Nogueira; piano by Chris Brown; drums by Brett Calzada; trumpet by Matt Aguiluz; and violin and cello by Sam and Jack Craft. Production is credited to Turk Dietrich, Alfredo Nogueira and Josh Eustis.

The “Stella Australis” material is recorded intermittently from January 2001 to June 2005 in the same homes where Telefon Tel Aviv’s Fahrenheit Fair Enough and Belong’s October Language are created. A New Orleans live line-up includes Chris Brown, Brett Calzada, Thomas Deville, Kirk Estopinal and Juan Nogueira. The last rehearsal takes place on 27 August 2005.
