Empyre

Empyre is a group from Wiener Neudorf, active since 1999, and described as a black metal act. The band is led by Henrik Steenholdt on lead vocals and rhythm guitar and Did Coles on lead guitar, who are the original founders. They know each other from earlier work in different bands, and the project grows out of that shared history.

The original four-piece enters the studio in 2015 to record EP1. A second EP, Something Remains, follows in 2016. In 2017, the band signs its first management deal with RPM.
