Elizabeth Johnson is a 1920s blues singer and classical contralto, best known for her collaboration with jazz cornettist and bandleader King Oliver. Her voice is described as highly regarded, although only four recordings are known under her name.
Very little is documented about her career beyond that collaboration and her small recorded output. She is associated with blues and jazz, and is listed as a female vocalist.
