Elfen is a Welsh folk trio active since 2011. The group works in dungeon synth and related ambient forms, including epic ambient, fantasy ambient and fantasy music.

Its lyrics focus on nationalistic themes and use Tolkien symbolism. The project is described as involving members of the black metal bands Wolfnacht, Cernunnos and Bacchia Neraida.
