Electrypnose is the psychedelic trance project of Vincent Rybicki, also credited in the bio as Vince Lebarde. Based in Switzerland, it begins in 2001 and works across electronic, psytrance and trance, with related tags including darkpsy, psychill, ambient and psychedelic.

Project history

Electrypnose develops as a multi-flavoured solo project that explores electronic music and noise. The name is presented as “electric hypnosis”, reflecting the project’s focus on altered, experimental sound. It stays active from its launch onwards.

Releases and activity

The first track appears in 2003 on Peak Records. After that, the project releases more than 100 pieces of work on record labels from around the world. Alongside studio work, Rybicki travels regularly to present new material and to meet the wider community.
