Electric Moon

Electric Moon is a German space rock and psychedelic rock group that forms in 2009 and remains active. The band is based in Austria and Germany and is associated with acid rock, jam band, krautrock, progressive rock, psychedelic and psychedelic rock.

Line-up

The project centres on Sula Bassana and Komet Lulu. Sula Bassana plays guitar and effects, and also contributes organ, synthesiser and drums. Komet Lulu plays fuzz bass, effects and vocals, and also provides artwork. The band also includes or has included Pablo Carneval, Alexander Simon, Michael Orloff and Marcus Schnitzler.

History and releases

Electric Moon is founded in late 2009. Pablo Carneval is the original drummer, and the drums later pass through Alex and then Michael, with the group described as working again as a duo with different drummers used for live performances. The band releases material on Fruits de Mer Records, and its recordings and merchandise are available through Bandcamp.
