Elbow Jane are a five-piece acoustic group from the United Kingdom, active since 2008. The band comes from the Wirral and uses a mix of guitars, bouzouki, mandolin, piano, bass, percussion and vocals.

Style and repertoire

The group performs self-written songs as well as interpretations of other songwriters’ material. Their repertoire ranges from the music of O’Carolan to the guitar work associated with Tommy Emmanuel, and includes ballads, rhythmic pieces and vocal harmonies.
