E.G. Daily is an American singer-songwriter, voice actress and actress from Los Angeles, United States. Born Elizabeth Ann Guttman in 1961, she is also known professionally as Elizabeth Daily.

Music career

Daily signs with A&M Records in 1985 and releases her debut album, Wild Child. In 1986 she releases the dance-pop single Say It, Say It, which reaches number 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reaches number one on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. Her work is associated with pop, new wave and 1980s dance-oriented music.

Film and soundtrack work

Daily appears in Better Off Dead, where she sings the title song. Her songs Shake It Up and I'm Hot Tonight appear on the soundtrack to Scarface. The same two songs later appear in the fictional radio station Flashback 95.6 in the video game Grand Theft Auto III.
