EFFORT are a Cardiff based pop-punk duo consisting of Radio 1 DJ Jen Long & James Frost from The Automatic. They released their debut EP No Effort on March 28, 2011, for free, recorded at Long Wave Studio with producer Romesh Dodangoda.
