Echosmith

Echosmith are an indie pop and pop rock band from Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, formed in 2009. The group consists of Graham Sierota, Jamie Sierota, Noah Sierota and Sydney Quiseng. The band’s core early lineup is built around the Sierota siblings, with Graham on drums, Sydney on lead vocals and occasional guitar or keys, and Noah on bass and backup vocals. Jamie plays guitar and sings backup vocals.

Career

Echosmith sign to Warner Bros. Records in 2012. That same year they release the single “Tonight We’re Making History”, which appears in an NBC promotional advertisement for the 2012 Summer Olympics. In spring 2013 they issue the three-track EP Summer Sampler; its track “Come Together” is featured on ESPN programming. The band is included in Alternative Press magazine’s “100 bands you need to know” list in 2013, and they tour with Owl City. Their debut album, Talking Dreams, also comes out in 2013.

Line-up changes

Jamie Sierota leaves the band in 2016 after becoming a father.
