Dream, Ivory

Dream, Ivory is a duo made up of brothers Christian Baello and Louie Baello. The group develops its music through extended periods of work in their bedroom, with Christian handling production and Louie taking on lead vocals. Their early musical activity includes recreating guitar solos from performance videos they watched online and posting cover songs on YouTube, which leads them towards making their own music.

Line-up and roles

Christian Baello also uses the name Ginseng and plays guitar, drums and synthesiser. Louie Baello performs vocals and bass.

Sound

The band works across dream pop, shoegaze, lo-fi, indie rock and indie, and aims for variety while keeping an ambient signature sound. Their music uses both recurring and new themes.
