Background

Ian Bland is involved in dance music from 1987, when he is a clubber drawn to the house sounds of Chicago. By 1990 he is making house music and forms Dream Frequency.

Releases

Dream Frequency release Live the Dream on Citybeat/XL Records. The title takes its name from the Blackburn rave associated with the period, and the record gains underground acclaim.
