Dougal is a UK hardcore DJ and producer, real name Paul Clarke. He works in happy hardcore, rave and UK hardcore, and his style combines euphoric hardcore with uplifting vocals.

Career

Dougal works with a number of other hardcore artists, including Gammer and Hixxy. A large part of his output appears under the name Dougal & Gammer, which is used frequently for his collaborations with Gammer.

Labels and releases

He creates and runs Essential Platinum with DJ Hixxy. The label issues many releases and receives repeated recognition as the best label over several years. Dougal is also associated with Infinity Recordings.

Compilation appearances

Much of his work appears in the Bonkers series, which features a substantial amount of his material.
