Doreen Shaffer is a Jamaican singer whose birth name is Monica Johnson. She performs as a vocalist and sings rocksteady, ska, reggae and dub.

She does duos with Jackie Opel in the early 1960s and sings with The Skatalites from 1968. She is also associated with Tricia & the Supersonics.
