DJ Zinhle is the stage name of Zinhle Jiyane, a South African DJ from Dannhauser, born in 1982. She enters the scene in 2004 and builds a profile in house and electronic music through club sets and performances at fashion shows, corporate functions, private parties and other events in South Africa.

She holds a resident DJ role on SABC 1’s dance programme Jika MaJika and has a permanent slot on Yfm. That Yfm segment, called The Feminine Touch, runs on Oskido’s Church Grooves show every Saturday from 16:00 to 16:30, and it attracts a mixed audience rather than only female listeners.

DJ Zinhle also performs internationally, including sets in Bradford and London for Youth Day celebrations. On those dates she appears alongside fellow South African DJs S’bu, Vinny Da Vinci, Christos and Oskido, and she is invited back for another set with Mahoota and DJ Cndo.
