DJ Hybrid

DJ Hybrid is a UK breakbeat, drum and bass, jungle and hardcore DJ and producer. He starts DJing in 2004 and becomes known for varied sets and a monthly podcast. He begins learning production in 2008.

Labels and releases

In 2010 he sets up Audio Addict Records. His first release, Step Up, appears as an exclusive vinyl run and is sold worldwide. In 2012 he signs to DJ Vapour’s 36 Hertz Recordings with I Get Mash Up, his debut release on the label. He continues to work with 36 Hertz, Audio Addict and Digital Rootz, and also starts Deep in the Jungle Records.

Recognition

In November 2013 he reaches his first number one chart position with Badboy, a track that gains wide support in the scene. In 2015 he wins Best Breakthrough Producer and Best Breakthrough DJ at the We Love Jungle Awards in London. His debut album Mixed Origins is scheduled for release in late 2015.
