DJ Delay

DJ Delay is a DJ and radio presenter active since 1989. He has played more than 1,500 gigs in clubs, parties, festivals, bars, pachinko parlours and other events around the world, and has presented more than 700 radio shows in five countries. He also spends 13 years on PBSFM and is now based in Berlin.

His work covers dub, Balkan, jungle, experimental music, kooky techno, downbeat, breaks, electronic music and Indian classical music. He also interviews artists, with guests including John Giorno and Buju Banton.

Delay hosts the regular show Into The Groovy on straightup.com.au, with new episodes appearing roughly monthly and an archive available from January 2006. His first remix album appears in 2010 and features reworkings of tracks by Boban i Marko Markovic, Mahala Rai Banda, Max Pashm, Dunkelbunt, Municipale Balcanica, La Cherga, Gaetan Fabri, Rotfront, Vardos and Beam Up.
