DJ Craze is the stage name of Arith Delgado, a DJ and turntablist from Managua who is based in Miami. He works across hip hop, breaks, drum and bass, bounce, trap and trap EDM, and his routines combine turntablism with elements drawn from those styles. He is associated with the groups 2¢ and The Allies.

Career

Craze first develops an interest in music through the Miami bass movement. His work later draws on hip hop, drum and bass and breaks in turntable-based performances. He also focuses on DJing and producing drum and bass, and he runs the record label Cartel.

Competition record

He is the only solo DJ in history to win the World DMC Champion title three times in a row. His competition record includes the World ITF Scratch Off Championship, the World DMC Championship, the USA DMC Championship, the ITF Western Hemisphere Scratch Off Championship, the Winter Music Conference Scratch Off Championship, the East Coast DMC Championship, the East Coast Rap Sheet Championship and the Zulu National Championship. His World DMC titles come in 1998, 1999 and 2000.

Craze releases the battle records Bully Breaks and Bully Breaks 2, which are among the best-known records of their kind.
