DJ Chamber

DJ Chamber is a DJ and producer from Bristol, UK, now based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He tours internationally and works across bass music, with a style that draws on nu skool breaks, big beat and related breakbeat forms. His sets, production and club nights incorporate a wide range of genres and styles, and he is also referred to as a “CDJblist”.

Career

Chamber begins touring internationally at the age of 21. He builds a profile through club appearances across Europe and Asia, including China, Australia, South Korea, the Philippines and Thailand. He appears alongside artists such as Beardyman, Orbital, Benga, Dilated Peoples, Plump DJs, DJ Vadim, Ed Solo, Adam F, Donaeo, Stanton Warriors, Atomic Hooligan, The Freestylers, Benny Page, Lee Coombs, DJ Yoda, A Skillz, Freq Nasty, J Majik, Baobinga, Rennie Pilgrem, Jon Carter, General Midi, The Breakfastaz and Fabio & Grooverider.

Releases and radio

His tracks appear on Mutated Sounds, Kick It Recordings and Unstable Label. He also hosts a radio show on NSB Radio.

Bass Kitchen and awards

Chamber is the “head chef” of Bass Kitchen, an award-winning club night that expands internationally, with branches in Canada, Taiwan, China and across Europe. He also receives producer credits on video-game soundtracks and is named best new breaks DJ in the world at the Breakspoll international DJ awards.
