DJ Agnelli And Nelson
DJ Agnelli And Nelson are a Northern Irish trance duo made up of Chris Agnelli and Robbie Nelson. They begin producing dance music in 1997 and remain active. The pair also work under the names Afterburn, Cortez, Green Atlas, A&N Project and Quincey & Sonance.
Music and style
The duo help define trance music and are associated with trance, vocal trance and progressive trance. Their best-known tracks include El Nino and Everyday, which become genre classics. They also produce remixes for a wide range of artists, including Armin van Buuren and U2.
Collaborations and releases
Agnelli and Nelson collaborate with Matt Darey, Jon the Dentist, Scott Bond, Solar Stone and Chicane. They have five UK top 30 hits and contribute music to Xtravaganza, as well as labels including Tsunami and ID&T.
Broadcast appearances
The duo appear on BBC Radio 1 as guest mixers on six occasions.
