Digitalism
Digitalism is an electro house duo from Hamburg, Germany, formed in 2004. The group consists of Jens “Jence” Moelle and İsmail “Isi” Tüfekçi. They are signed to the French label Kitsuné Music.
Remixes and recognition
Digitalism remixes tracks for artists including The Presets, Tom Vek, The Futureheads, Daft Punk, Tiga, Klaxons, White Stripes, Monk, Depeche Mode and Cut Copy. The duo also makes a re-edit of The Cure’s “Fire in Cairo” under the title “Digitalism in Cairo”. Their tracks and remixes are played by DJs including Erol Alkan, Soulwax, Boys Noize and Justice.
Live appearances and related work
The duo appears at major festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, South by Southwest, Rhythm and Vines and Ultra Music Festival, as well as in clubs around the world. Jens Moelle also releases solo material on Kitsuné Music under the names Palermo Disko Machine, with I Ragazzi Dell 1982, and Jence, with Wired.
