Diamanthian

Diamanthian are a death metal band from the North West, associated with old school death metal and brutal death metal. The group’s logo is designed by Jeff Walker of Carcass, who also oversees the recording of their debut album, The Infinite Descent, using the alias “Offalmangler”.

The band builds a strong following in Finland and is described as drawing particularly enthusiastic responses there. In Terrorizer’s Reader’s Poll, they are voted eighth Best Unsigned Band in 2002. The following year they are voted Best Unsigned Band and ninth Best Live Act.
