Dena is the music project of Bulgarian-born, Berlin-based songwriter and vocalist Denitza Todorova. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she moves to Berlin in 2005 and focuses there on writing music, singing and programming beats.

She comes to wider attention as a guest vocalist on the two albums by The Whitest Boy Alive. Her own work centres on self-composed beats and a mix of pop, 1990s-influenced hip-hop and Balkan rhythms.
