Deekline & Wizard

Deekline & Wizard are a UK electro and breaks DJ and production duo made up of Nick Annand and Greg Fleming. They work in breakbeat, breaks, nu skool breaks and related dance styles, and build their reputation through club-focused releases and studio production.

Background and members

Nick Annand performs as Deekline, while Greg Fleming performs as Wizard. Deekline comes to prominence with the top-ten track “Don’t Smoke The Reefer”, which helps place him at the forefront of two-step, garage and breakbeat. Fleming works as an in-demand studio producer and collaborates with acts including Xpress 2 and The Chemical Brothers.

Recordings and collaborations

The duo also records as The Booty Bouncers for “Get Dirty Baby”. Their album Breaks, Beats & Blondes runs to 13 tracks and spans electro, reggae, two-step, house and breaks. It features vocals from artists including Yolanda and Spoonface, and is noted for bringing a more vocal-led approach to breakbeat.
