Deedrah

Deedrah is the psychedelic trance project of Frédéric Holyszewski, also known as Dado. He is from France and is based in Ibiza. Born in Melun, France, in 1970, he has a family background that includes Ukraine and northern Italy.

Background

Holyszewski studies classical music from childhood and plays piano and transverse flute. He also trains in biology and geology, earning a master’s degree in biology and geology before leaving those studies at the age of 25 to work on the early Transwave tracks. He first produces under the Deedrah name in 1995.

His releases under this name include the albums Self Oscilation, issued on Distance / Questionmark Records, and Reload, issued on Alien News.
