Dead Wolf Club are a group from Tintagel, the Cornish town associated with King Arthur and Merlin. The line-up is Alwin on guitar, John on vocals and guitar, Martha on bass and vocals, and Matt on drums. The four members meet on a plane headed for Paris.

The group work in loud and quiet contrasts, with a sound described through darkness and light. Their songs focus on themes of mortality, inner struggle, and survival, and also draw on images of a broken relationship and references to Philip K. Dick.
