Dead End Path

Dead End Path is a Belgian hardcore and death metal group from Antwerp, formed in 2004 by five former members of hardcore and metal bands. The group aims to combine the different styles of its members into a more complex form of metal, and its material is described as mixing melody with brutality.

Early development

By April 2005, the band has nine songs written. Around a year later, it records four of them for its first mini-CD. A further year of shows and rehearsals follows, during which the band develops a more structured sound.

Recordings and releases

In autumn 2008, Dead End Path records four new songs as promotional material. In 2009 it continues refining its style and prepares new songs for live performances. The group also releases a demo, an EP titled Death Walks Beside Us on Triple-B Records, and a first LP called Blind Faith on Triple B Records.
