Dawn Patrol is a group name used by several acts from different scenes and countries. One was a female-fronted UK punk band active in the early 1980s. Another is a heavy metal band from Slovenia. The name is also used by an American band from McKinney, Texas, which later becomes Noise Under Silence, and by an American thrash metal band from Memphis, Tennessee.

The name is also associated with DJ A.D. and Henry Cullen.
