davesnewbike is a British group active from 2010 and centred on singer-songwriter Tom Houston. The line-up also includes guitarist Kris Jozajtis, bassist Sam Wilson and drummer Simon Jacquet.

The group presents itself as a band of older musicians playing pop music for adults. Its material is described as coming from Houston, who works in a style that is direct, free of cliché, and shaped by insight, humour and tenderness. Houston has worked with Chris Difford and Chas Jankel.

Jozajtis brings a background from post-punk group the Folk Devils, while Wilson and Jacquet come from the folk-rock group Caedmon.
