Dave Rowntree

Dave Rowntree is an English musician, politician, solicitor and animator from Colchester, United Kingdom. Born in 1964, he is best known as the drummer in Blur, where he performs within a band associated with alternative rock, britpop, electronic, electronica and rock.

He is also a councillor in Norfolk County Council, representing the Labour Party. In addition to Blur, he is a member of Seymour and The Ailerons.
