Dave Barker is a Jamaican reggae and rocksteady artist from Franklyn Town, Jamaica, born in 1948. He is also known by his birth name, Dave Crooks.

He works both as a singer and as a deejay. Barker is best known for his recordings as part of the duo Dave & Ansel Collins, and he also appears in connection with The Upsetters.
