Darrell Bath

Darrell Bath is a British guitarist from Brighton who dies in 2021. He starts playing guitar in 1980 and first works his way into the music scene through local punk groups. He later plays with UK Subs from 1987 to 1990.

Bath then tours with Die Toten Hosen and goes on to form The Crybabys with Honest John Plain in 1990. He later joins The Dogs D’Amour and plays on their top 30 album More Unchartered Heights of Disgrace in 1993. He is also associated with The Chasers, The Godfathers and The Dogs D’Amour.

He works with Ian Hunter, recording Dirty Laundry and Artful Dodger, and continues touring with Hunter until 2000. In later years he works with artists including Ed Tudor Pole and Nikki Sudden. He also releases solo material, including Sabre Jet and Love and Hurt in 2000 and 2001, and Roll Up in 2016, which features Crybabys drummer Robbie Rushton and bassist Chris McDougall.
