DarkSoul

DarkSoul is a black metal band associated with Schwäbisch Gmünd in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and also with Israel. The name is used for more than one black metal act in the available information: one forms in 2001 and releases a full-length in 2009 under the name Dethroned Mankind, while another appears in the mid-1990s in Israel.

German line-up

The German DarkSoul line-up includes Havoc on vocals and guitar, Rahl on guitar, LostSoul on bass, and Unexistence on drums. This version of the band is based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Baden-Württemberg, and is active around the release of the 2009 full-length under the name Dethroned Mankind.

Israeli line-up

The Israeli DarkSoul is an underground black metal band from the mid-1990s. It is described as having an extreme live recording sound and lyrics that are anti-Christian, anti-Muslim, and nationalist. Its line-up includes Sir Butcher Blood on guitars, Face of Death on vocals, and Doom on drums.
