Dark Star

Dark Star is a German industrial and psychedelic project created by Wolfgang Reffert. The project appears on compilations of independent experimental music, and its best-known release is Travelogue, recorded in collaboration with The Legendary Pink Dots, Technogod, Gøtz Adler and Mark Crumby. Travelogue is issued in 1994 and re-released in 2000 with additional material.

There are several other bands using the same name, including a 1970s NWOBHM group, a 1990s London rock band, an American rap group and a 1970s prog band from the UK.
