Danny Bryant is an English blues guitarist and singer-songwriter from Royston, Hertfordshire, in the United Kingdom. He starts playing guitar at the age of 15 and turns professional at 18. He is associated with Danny Bryant’s RedEyeBand.

Career

Bryant tours internationally and performs on bills with artists including Buddy Guy, Carlos Santana, Joe Cocker and Mick Taylor. He is encouraged by Walter Trout, who is a long-time mentor. After almost 2,000 shows worldwide, he works with musicians including Walter Trout, Joe Cocker, Jeff Beck, Greg Allman, Patti Smith, Buddy Guy, Peter Green and Mick Taylor.

Recordings

With his band, Bryant releases five CDs. The fourth, Days Like This, includes a duet with Walter Trout. In 2007, the band releases a live CD on Rounder Europe. The album Black and White follows and includes the songs “Love Remains” and “Last Goodbye”.
