Danny Avila

Danny Avila is a Spanish DJ, producer and audio engineer whose work spans techno, big room, tech-house and trap, as well as house and electronic dance music. He develops a feisty production sound and an unusually varied DJ style, and treats DJing as a form of art rather than a fixed formula.

Career

His music is released on major labels including SONY, Interscope, Musical Freedom, Spinnin’ Records and Ultra Music. He also compiles mix releases, including Ministry of Sound presents: Danny Avila Live, Space Ibiza’s Ibiza Calling and Danny Avila’s Big Room Mix for DJ Mag UK.

He becomes the youngest artist to appear on the cover mount CD for DJ Mag UK. In 2017, he re-enters the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll at number 52, and in 2019 he reaches number 41, remaining the highest-ranked Spanish DJ and the only Spanish DJ listed that year.
