Cry Before Dawn

Cry Before Dawn are a rock band from Wexford, Ireland. They form as a four-piece and are active during the 1980s, when they release two albums and a number of singles. Their recordings achieve some chart success in both Ireland and the UK.

During their most successful period, they tour the UK extensively, support Big Country, and appear on the Wogan show on BBC television. After a series of small line-up changes, the band break up in 1992. They later announce a reforming in November 2010 for a small number of gigs around Ireland.
