Crash Test Dummies are a Canadian alternative rock band from Winnipeg, Canada, active from 1989 to the present. The group is led by Brad Roberts, whose bass-baritone voice is one of its most recognisable features. Their lineup changes over time, but key members include Ellen Reid on co-vocals and keyboards, Dan Roberts on bass guitar and backing vocals, Benjamin Darvill on harmonica and mandolin, and Mitch Dorge on drums and percussion. Other members listed include Murray Pulver.

The band is best known internationally for the 1993 single “Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm” and in Canada for “Superman’s Song” from 1991.
