Cocoa Futures are a London pop group active since 2015. The band works with a synth-led, indie-pop approach and is associated with Tottenham.

Early release

In 2016, Cocoa Futures team up with producer Marc Withasee for their debut EP, Blue, which appears on Lost in the Manor Records. Their music is described in relation to influences including Talking Heads and Field Music, and it is also linked in commentary to Bowie, Prince and Hot Chip.

The band receives support from The Line of Best Fit, CMU, Clash and official Spotify playlists. Coverage describes their music as upbeat, catchy and imaginative, with references to funk, falsetto harmonies and guitar-led bridges.
