Clart

Clart is a London-based drum and bass and hip hop producer, also known as James Tan. He works in atmospheric drum and bass, liquid funk and related dnb styles.

DJ and radio work

He has been DJing for over five years and helps Nookie host The Atmosphere show on LifeFM.co.uk on the last Sunday of each month. He presents the show alongside DJ Qumulus.

Production and releases

Alongside his DJ work, Clart produces music and has releases on a number of labels, including Golden Orb in Australia, Liquid Brilliants in Russia, BIOS in Germany, Strictly-Digital in the UK, Blu Saphir in Germany, Sole in the UK and Ennex in the UK.

His tracks receive rotation on BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, Bassdrive and Diverse FM, among others.
