Chromatic

Chromatic are a UK-based drum and bass production trio. Their sound combines modern software with 1990s hardware, and their tracks range from dancefloor-oriented cuts to more restrained rollers. In their early years they receive early support from Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1.

Releases and label support

Chromatic have tracks signed to Innerground, Playaz, Utopia Music, Fokuz, Formation Recs, Blendits, Dutty Audio, Lossless Music and Flexout Audio. Their rework of DJ Fresh’s Gold Dust has more than 30,000 plays on SoundCloud.

Collaborations and remixes

The trio remix MC Spyda and EZ Rollers, and they also work on collaborations with Soul Intent and Nottingham singer-songwriter Michael Lynch.

Radio and scene support

The group receive DJ and radio support from Huw Stephens, DJ Marky, Hype, Friction, London Elektricity, LTJ Bukem, and Calyx & TeeBee.
