Chris Rich

Chris Rich is an engineer and electronic music producer whose work develops from an early interest in music. He grows up around psychedelic music and later finds his own direction after meeting a group of friends who influence his path.

Before focusing on production, he plays with bands in local pubs and clubs. He then studies sound engineering and music technology at Deep Blue Sound College for two years, which moves him further towards electronic music production.

In 2006, he begins writing IDM and psytrance, and a number of tracks are played by DJ Contort at local psy nights. From 2007, he expands into other styles including psytrance, hardstyle and hardtrance. He is signed to Wonkay Records and plays at nights and parties around the UK.

His music is associated with darkpsy, psytrance, psychedelic trance and related psychedelic styles.
