Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs are an indie rock band associated with garage rock and psychedelic rock. They emerge from an East End pub setting and are described as drawing on mid-1970s New York City art punk. The group come to attention supporting TOY, and their sound is presented as a revival of “blank generation” punk energy for a later audience.

The band are linked with Heavenly Recordings in summer 2012.
