Chaotic Dischord

Chaotic Dischord is a punk group from Bristol, formed in 1982 as a joke by members of Vice Squad and their roadies. The group’s line-up includes Crusty Rusty, Mucus, Ampex Oxobox, Ransid, Shane Baldwin, Dave Bateman and Evo Stix.

Career

One of the roadies passes a recording to Simon Edwards of Riot City Records. A track from that recording appears on a hardcore punk compilation, and the group is signed to Riot City Records before Edwards realises that the band is not intended to be a serious project.
